IBT Return Policy

At IBT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we recognize that some returns may be necessary. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

Management Discretion

All returns are subject to approval at the discretion of management. IBT reserves the right to decline a return or apply restocking and/or shipping and handling charges as deemed necessary. Items in unused and sellable condition will be accepted for refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method once the return is processed and approved.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Modified Products: This includes any hoses, belts, tubes, or similar items that are not in their original purchased quantities.
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) Items: Items made to order are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
  • Products that are not in a resalable condition (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging).

Defective Products

  • Products claimed to be defective are subject to inspection by IBT or the manufacturer.
  • If the product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing error, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • If the product is found not to be defective due to a manufacturing error, inspection fees and shipping charges may apply.

Return Authorization Process

All returns will be pursuant to Seller’s instructions:

  • Buyer must contact Seller for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product.
  • All returns must reference the RMA number, the original invoice number, and the reason for return.
  • Non-warranty returns of normal stock products that are unused and in resalable condition will be subject to Seller’s return policies in effect at the time, including applicable restocking and transportation charges, as well as other conditions of return.
